Weil-McLain

Weil-McLain is a leading designer and manufacturer of heating and cooling equipment for residential, commercial and institutional buildings. Their line of Ultra oil-fired boilers can be equipped with an Advanced Features Module that enables the Ultra to adapt automatically to changing weather conditions. The Ultra uses an outdoor thermometer to detect the temperature and alter its water temperature setting accordingly and deliver heat consistently and efficiently.

Peerless

Peerless has developed some of the most dependable and efficient boilers on the market today, including the Pinnacle, which uses condensing technology to achieve an efficiency rating (AFUE) of 92 percent. The residential boiler is equipped with a Beckett AFG Burner, enabling the boiler to reach efficiencies well in excess of conventional boilers. Heil's QuietComfort DXT+ Two-Stage Air Conditioner offers SEER ratings of 16 to 18 that deliver high-quality cooling with outstanding energy efficiency. The two-stage scroll compressor operates most of the time at the quieter, lower stage, changing over to the higher stage at higher outdoor temperatures to produce more cool air. A deluxe sound blanket also reduces compressor sound levels. The painted, galvanized steel cabinet features a powder-coat, baked-on finish and a coated inlet grille with narrower spacing to provide maximum protection as it allows for proper airflow and easy coil cleaning.

Unlike conventional PSC blower motors that are designed to operate at a set speed, Regal furnaces use an advanced, variable-speed ECM motor that eliminates those sudden bursts of air when your furnace comes on, for more balanced heating & cooling. Because of the different weights of cool and warm air, your cooling mode requires a different airflow than your heating mode. A PSC motor cannot handle these changes without sacrificing comfort, but the Regal ECM furnace automatically changes speed for heating or cooling mode requirements to provide maximum comfort all year round.
